Split TYPO3 into its parts (Divide an Conquer principle).
Follow B) only for the parts where it is possible to implement this
within a maximum time of 1 year. So many parts will still be PHP4 and
the other parts already in PHP5. The parts which have been rewritten in
PHP5 will not get any more enhancements in PHP4, but only the most
important error corrections. So the parts which remain in PHP4 can be
used for 4.x and 5.x as well.
People do not like to wait so long for 5.0. So I propose that only 6.0
will be 100% PHP5.
