[TYPO3-ect] Extension Rating System and Reviews Status

Hi Patrick,

first of all I want to say that I really appreciate your efforts. I 
think (And I'm sure I am not alone) we definitely need some extension 
reviews. At least to give admins a guid through the jungle of existing 
extensions.

If we don't find a proper way of how we can review the extensions we 
will totally loose any overview very soon. :-/

Anyway, meet with Wolfgang this weekend to bring the extension 
comparison forward. (It's sad that you don't have time this weekend.)

I think it's not the problem that you don't know what's going on 
backstage. The most of us doesn't know either. ;-)
Just start it and try to find some volunteers. That's the hardest part I 
guess.


So far, keep up the work and everything is going to be fine. :-D
