[TYPO3-ect] forms project code and subversion

SVN is set up for the forms project, under tx_forms in the typo3xdev  
SF.net project.
If you need developer access to SF.net, please send me your SF username  
and I will make sure you get added.
Feel free to checkout the code or take a look at it, trac is available  
here: http://svn.t3.digitaldistrict.de/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/ for now.
