[TYPO3-ect] Weekly status report

Hello Christoph and all,

I think a weekly status report to ECT will help to keep the projects
running and may help interested people to join in. I think we should ask
for status reports of the following projets next week, so that they can
prepare a little.

* Extension Rating System and Reviews: Patrick Rodacker
* Library of TypoScrit Snippets: Jo Hasenau
* Quickstart Packages: me
* MVC-Library: me

Christoph you have been active during last 2 weeks with "Forms Library" for
FE Extensions. So I am sure there will be something to report this week:

* What did you do?
* Whom can we count active members?
* What are the further steps you have planed?
* Did you make a plan that you want to discuss in public?
