Concerning the SCM the decision was made to leave it in the hands of SF.net.
Which means that the server names regarding the sourcecode repositories
will not change as long as the repositories stay at SF.net.

We already had a few discussions whether to have SF.net provide the SCM
services for TYPO3 or not. And these discussions pop up every now and then
again. The outcome was always that we keep it on the SF.net servers.
