Hi Christoph, I'm also interested in this, mainly in the really 
low-level part of form building, which IMHO should basically mimic 
Rails' form helpers. I think this could be done really quickly, since no 
dependencies are involved.

My newly-created skype id is mscharkow (though you'd possibly have to 
inform me when to start up skype, I'd also suggest using #typo3-dev for 
this purpose.
