Hi David,

I know it sounds silly but please be a little more patient with the 
official people. The core team is trying very hard to ship 4.0, relaunch 
typo3.org, getting TER2 up and running, etc. Most of the work in all 
teams is done by the same people, so there is a time lag for getting new 
stuff, be it code or ideas, acknowledged. I guess the R&D-Team will only 
have time after all the good new stuff released.
