Hi,
I joined to ECT-list 19.12.2005 and I've followed it by reading every
email. Unfortunately (maybe I'm really stupid) I haven't got
the idea of this team or the meaning of the list. I've looked and
read Wiki pages few times and got some hint what could be
the principles. Because of this I suggest that some core group
of the team,
1) creates the goals and targets of the group
2) creates some kind of draft for measures to be done to achieve
these goals and targets
3) documents 1) and 2) into the Wiki pages
4) after previous steps it would be easier to prioritize detail plans
for subgroups and also the synergy within these.
After these steps it would be much easier to attract people/volunteers
to participate. Also if using limited measures for Typo3 development
the progress could be more predictable.

This is just OK if the principles are first created.

I understand that there was some snow holidays during which
people had the possibility to define some concrete ?

I agree, but read above.
I in good mood and I don't want this email to produce any flames
but I've only >30 years experience of developing applications and
use them. At the moment the discussion here is like a big ocean
and everyone is shouting from different shores without any
COORDINATION.
