It may sound elitist but TYPO3 is promoted as an Enterprise CMS... Do 
people installing Documentum or RedDot think it works at 
www.Cheap-php4-hosting.com ?

TYPO3 5.0 is the best time to get rid of those too low common denominator...

The version numbering even fits!  ;)
