[TYPO3-ect] MVC Project

Hi All,

A topic springing from focus on OOP and MVC: When would you say we  
can _require_ PHP5 for TYPO3? Somehow I don't want to start OOP  
implementating as long as PHP4 is the lowest common denominator.
