Interesting idea.

But what worries me is the tendency to configure everything via flex forms. 
While it is nice that you don't need to be an admin to fiddle with 
constants, let alone TS, the number of fields i na typical extension is 
ever growing.

And basically, I do NOT want my editors to choose the HTML template. TYPO3 
really needs a way to bring admins display/access control on a sheet/field 
level on per user/group basis.

But something that's easier to use then the exclude-fields list.
