[TYPO3-ect] RFT: Admin-Panel

Hello!

This is another RFT (Request For Team) ! ;-)

The admin-panel, as it is now, works good I think. There are parts of it, 
which are great, others are hardly used by anyone (just guessing).

Using Ingmars AP-Wrap, it's also great, that you can move it around. I do 
not see, that skinning is part of this job, but skinning would for sure be 
interesting as well. What I would like to ask you now: Who is interested in 
adapting the admin-panel, so that individual sections can be added through 
extensions.

Beside that: What other functionality would be useful, or are people are 
interested in? Maybe this could be taken care of as well.

I will work on that soon, so if someone wants to team up with new ideas, get 
in touch!
