Partly right. Sure I think the general idea of extending available
functionality, interaction, is part of the team. If it's XCLASSing,
Plugin-methods, hooks, that's another story.

So I think it is not just about coordinating people, but also finding a
good technical platform for it.

I see no motivation problem in this part. A lot of people have commented
the topic so far. The question is, IF there are proper solutions, to
solve the problem in a somehow good way. It seems as the controller-part
and registering actions seems to take over part of the problems. Still
not all. Those different patterns might solve other parts. I do not yet
see an overall solution, but surly would like to see it.
