[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 7.6.20 LTS and 8.7.3 LTS

Hi Christian,

the files on SourceForge.net obviously were the incorrect Azure CDN
cached files and are thus outdated as well. I've replaced the files on
SF.net with the correct release packages a couple of minutes ago.

Since SF.net does not provide SHA256 checksums - here are the expected
MD5 checksums for these files:

The issues with Azure CDN caches have been solved in between. For the
future we suggest to retrieve release packages via
https://get.typo3.org/ - the distribution to SF.net is only a interim
solution and will most probably be discontinued.
