[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 7.6.20 LTS and 8.7.3 LTS

I just compared the tar.gz from here (...windows.net) with the ones I 
downloaded yesterday from sourceforge - they are not equal.

The differences are in the autoloader (see below) - I just wonder if there 
are several official versions available now...
