[TYPO3-core] problems after upgrading from typo3 6.2.16 to 6.2.17

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem after upgrading from 6.2.16 to 6.2.17 and clearing all caches does not help.


1. Upgrade to new source (via link, not installtool)
2. Login to BE
3. IT -> Clear all Cache
4. Site looks good
5. IT -> Clear all Cache
6. Site is broken

Mysql: 5.5.46-0+deb7u1
Apache: 2.2.22-13+deb7u6
PHP: 5.4.45-0+deb7u2
