[TYPO3-core] File Mounts for Admins missing since 6.2 - I want them back please

Hi TYPO3s,

due to a decision by four people in issue #57587 (https://forge.typo3.org/issues/57587) File Mounts that are assigned directly or from be groups to an user with "Admin" rights are no longer displayed in the filelist. Because we really miss this feature I opened issue #61704 (https://forge.typo3.org/issues/61704) to get the feature back.

The only reason why it was removed was because it "leads to an unnecessary big page tree", but this could be easily changed by every one who does not want it by setting "Mount from group -> File Mounts" disabled. Instead of removing the feature and making this check box obsolete would be to change the default to "unchecked". In addition it is not consistent to the use of DB Mounts.

I started this topic in order to hear what others think about removing this feature because It seems that my arguments are not heard or understood. Or am I the fool?
