[TYPO3-core] Streamline FAL-metadata editing

I would love a way of displaying 1:1 relations inline, but not "IRRE". If you could render those relations natively with the record you are editing, some very nice ways of aggregating data would be possible.  I am thinking about domain models which have a 1:1 relation to metadata records which only exist for textual content (the 1:1 related record would have to be created /deleted when the aggregate is created/deleted. So the aggregate could be valid for all languages and only the 1:1 related metadata would have to be localized.. Its the same requirement as in the files module i think. Such an approach would be very nice... i hope i could make myself clear :)

Effectively there would have to be some kind of fields-conjunction based on 2 or more TCA configs.
