[TYPO3-core] Different title tag when using "subtitle" field

To my previous post:

So for now it might be looks like:

when subtitle field is filled the title would be: subtitle - X
and when it's empty the title supposed to look like: title - {$title_sufix}


but for know it looks like " - X - {$title_sufix}"
