[TYPO3-core] TCA Wizard add variables

Hi Xavier,

thanks for picking this up!
As i currently don't have access for reviewing, i just can tell that it works.
It also works for ###PAGE_TSCONFIG_IDLIST### as it picks up first value for add.

I'm not sure about ###PAGE_TSCONFIG_STR### as i never used it and not used to the allowed syntax.
So looking for the code in core handling this var
 $GLOBALS['TYPO3_DB']->quoteStr($TSconfig[$field]['PAGE_TSCONFIG_STR'], $foreign_table)

the result is just a string, int would be 0. Not tragic (same behavior as before :) ), in general i'm not sure why someone should use this one!
