Strangely our unit test suite started to fail on Travis for currently 
unkown reasons. For now I fixed this by dowgrading PHPUnit to 3.7.x as 
this version does not use ReflectionClass::newInstanceWithoutConstructor
to great mock objects.

I will investigate this further, but wanted to have the test suite pass 
until we find the technical reasons for the errors.
