[TYPO3-core] After the LTS is before the LTS

But as there are multiple EAR versions a version number would be handy to
see since what version some doc part is valid.

I guess not all projects will update to next EAR direct after release.

It's just that we had always followed the version numbers, but it's true
that we could also simply use "7 EAR" and "7 LTS".
