[TYPO3-core] Composer name schema for TYPO3 CMS extensions

This document seems to be right to me. We should go in this direction.

I would even go further and state that the typo3/ namespace is reserved 
completely. This is why the flow/neos team also decided to rename their 
packages to typo3/neos-* and typo3/flow-*. Following this logic it seems 
good to put our completley cms dependant packages in the typo3/cms-* 
namespace.

Further afaik the composer installers will be soon superseeded by 
composer plugins.
