[TYPO3-core] subheader for all types, not just "header"?

Yes - there is a reason :-)

CType "Header" is the only type that makes use of text but hasn't got 
any bodytext field with or without RTE. CTypes "Text", "Text w/Image" 
and the like can easily set a subheader using the RTE or just some HTML 
in the bodytext field, which would be impossible with "Header".

This is why the subheader field has been deactivated by default for most 
of the CTypes, except "Header" and "Mailform", with the latter abusing 
it for mail adresses.

Still it would not hurt too much to enable it for any CType, although 
there might be one or the other additional stdWrap call that could be 
avoided using the RTE instead.
