[TYPO3-core] ExtJS 3.4.1 does not recognize IE 11 as Internet Explorer

Hi,

ExtJS 3.4.1 does not recognize IE 11 as Internet Explorer.

This is supposed to be fixed in ExtJS 3.4.2 only available to Sencha

With ExtJS 3.4.1, Ext.isIE is false when using IE 11 in native mode. 
This is not acceptable for the RTE. BTW, the RTE does not load at all in 
native IE 11, failing on a strange "Access denied".

Currently, in the TYPO3 6.2 backend, IE 10 compatibility is forced. So 
maybe this is not a problem... for now.
