[TYPO3-core] [Errored] TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS#2103 (master - 73698ff)

As far as I know this is Travis who needs to update it.
So we cant't do anything about it, or we need to include an composer 
self-update in the .travis.yml

Correct me if I'm wrong
