[TYPO3-core] Collapseable excludefields (in group/user)

Yes, this field is a nightmare. Any improvement would be good :)

Two suggestions:

1. Render the real table field names in the selector, because sometimes 
it is really hard to guess which field is meant, specially in tt_content 
(e.g. Layout).

2. Maybe a filter can be implemented at the top of the list (similar to 
the category selector).
