[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 4.5.39 LTS, 6.2.9 LTS and 7.0.2

Dear TYPO3 World,

the TYPO3 Community has just released TYPO3 CMS versions 4.5.39 LTS,
6.2.9 LTS and 7.0.2 which are now ready for you to download.

All versions are maintenance releases and contain bug and security fixes.

*IMPORTANT*

These versions include important security fixes to the TYPO3 CMS Core. A
security announcement has just been released:
