[TYPO3-core] DebugBar in the TYPO3 Backend

Hi.

AFAIK the ExtJs toolbar was the only component to see ExtJS errors :-/

I love the Web Toolbar in Symfony. Some impressions:

Looks like there is something similar for Flow:

Not sure if they built on top of phpdebugbar. They all look like very
similar.
