[TYPO3-core] Git tag format changed?

This format is required for composer/packagist to find the accordant 
version, that is why we introduced it for 6.2 and will continue to use 
it in the future.

As far as I know there are no plans to discontinue the other tag format, 
at least not for the 6.2 branch, but you might be on the safer side to 
use the new format for 6.2.0 and starting from now.

There will be an official announcement, once the work for completely 
supporting composer installations is finished.
