[TYPO3-core] New features and css_styled_content static templates?

Hi Francois,

during the Code Sprint we had another idea on how to "deal" with these
old school templates.

http://forge.typo3.org/issues/51538

I had already started doing so but haven't finished it.

I find that it's ugly to have a "new TYPO3 installation" and many old
templates to choose from. Moving them away would also somehow stop the
"real need" to maintain them. People wanting to use the "new features"
need to go with the time and use the newest templates. The old templates
are just so you "can update and you site still looks the same". That's
all I think we need to support here.

Regards,
Ernesto
