[TYPO3-core] CGL, the global keyword

Hi,

I'm wondering why global variables are used any more at all. It would be 
much nicer to make use of the singleton interface and class injection.

If something is changed about the globals than I would suggest to 
replace them with injected singletons.

Just my 2 cents :)
