[TYPO3-core] What happened to $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['logfile_dir'] ?

Hi Markus,

Thanks for answering, apparently I overlooked that news. I did like an 
integrated Awstats in the TYPO3 backend for smaller sites, but ok, I can live 
with that (it might still be possible using the serverlogs anyway).

But that means that the install tool setting should also be deprecated. Now 
there is a core setting that doesn't do anything (extensions still using it 
won't work anymore anyway, they should supply there own configuration).
