Hi folks,

maybe I can clarify a bit on these things because I think we have nothing more than a misunderstanding.

First off to address Adrians concerns.
You might have misread Ernestos first post.
He wanted to share an idea with the community and get feedback on this idea.
It is neither official, nor a decision.

It MIGHT become a decision and in this case I am pretty sure the T3A would inform its members accordingly.
I can only speak for me personally - I'd be glad not to get an email whenever a date isn't met in an open source project ;-)
So I hope this clears the issue up for Adrian - we clearly heard your concern and can only kindly ask you to understand the reasoning because this idea did not come lightely.

Onwards then

> 1.  Events for the purpose of information and further training;

I'd say the T3A does a pretty splendid job at this.

> 2. Internal and external communication to spread knowledge and competence
> for using the system;

That sounds pretty "TYPO3 certified integrator" to me.
Could you tell me your point of view on the matter so we get a better understanding?

> 3. Sustained, particularly long-term further development of the software project
> TYPO3;

Indeed.
During this week we were able to finally identify and also resolve some issues and are thrilled to continue with new energy.

> 4. Securing trademark rights in the interests of the TYPO3 community.

Well, I'm sure this one is tackled :)

Cheers
Mattes
