[TYPO3-core] Updated Core documentation workflow

Hi lll,

> TCA Reference and Core APIs have already been "marked" as "6.2.0-dev"
> and the proper symlinks have been defined on docs.typo3.org.

Same was now done for TypoScript Reference, TSConfig, Coding Guidelines 
and TS Syntax. They all have a "latest" version (accessible via the 
version switching menu) that indicates "6.2-dev".

Thanks go to Christopher for these 4 manuals.
