[TYPO3-core] New Introduction Package?

Hey everybody,

as we didn't manage to get the new introduction package on time, my plan
is to finish it (it's now only about best practices in coding and
finishing off the "smooth touch") so it will be ready in the next 2-3
weeks, and could be used for 6.1 and 6.2 already.

Sven Wolfermann did a great job, I only have to integrate everything in
our publishing process while providing a clean basis.
