[TYPO3-core] Becoming inactive in the TYPO3 Core Team

Hi guys,

for similar reasons than Steffen G. has declared his inactive status in 
the core team in the beginning of this year, I would also like to take 
the opportunity to put my name from the list of active contributors (and 
have actually just done that on Forge). As I have been inactive for 
about a year or so now, and that's not likely to change any time soon, I 
feel it's the right thing to do. I prefer the list to stay small with 
only really active contributors on it, so these who are actually getting 
TYPO3 forward are getting the due credit for it.

Currently I'm doing doctorate studies at the Unviersity of Basel, 
economics department, which results in few time spent with TYPO3 affairs.

I would have liked to attend this year's T3DD anyway, but due to some 
urgent organizational work for my Profs., I can't be out of office next 
week to join you in Hamburg.

Anyway, I wish you all a productive and fun week and I'm sure to see you 
around at some point again (whether related to TYPO3 or not).
