[TYPO3-core] Flowplayer in TYPO3

I somewhat agree with Tolleiv here. I really love Debian, but it leaves us
with many problems in regards to maintaining a non-LTS version.
Christian is doing a great job taking care of all this, that's why we
almost don't get affected by these problems.

Still, I think that we should consider a different way of providing the
releases, mainly for becoming less dependent on the lifetime of a Debian
release.
For example, I like the approach that VirtualBox is taking: They provide
their own apt repository and can ship new releases on the same day as we
release a new version.

Still, this has all the advantages of a Debian package:
- resolving of dependencies during installation
- patch-level releases integrated with normal system update process
(apt-get update && apt-get upgrade)

Christian, I suggest that you consider this option and maybe decide to
discontinue the packages as part of the Debian distribution. We could
certainly help out with a mirror to provide the packages, e.g.
www.typo3.org/debian/
