[TYPO3-core] Backend Documentation Module

Hi all,

Much progress has been made on this extension. For the basic feature set 
of being able to view and download documentation, it can be considered 
functional.

There's still quite a bit to do, mostly:

- sort out the CSS stuff, which is currently just a copy of the 
extensionmanager's
- add unit tests (yeah, I know, we should have done that upstream, bad 
boys).

In the meantime - as Xavier already said - please give it a test drive 
and report bugs, ideas, etc.
