As already mentioned in the german list, this are also my main points.

You could enforce the version flag for new extension uploads.

It would be cool if we could vote a each extension to be working for a 
certain branch. E.g. three votes for 4.5, 1 vote for 4.6 and two votes for 
6.0. This would provide accurate information for the most popular extensions 
in TER.
