[TYPO3-core] Please review my first change request

Hi,

about a month ago I tried to make my first change request since TYPO3 
moved to GIT.
After some fights with Mr. Jenkins it seems that the patch is fine.

Please review this RFC. I would be nice to have this fixed.

[BUGFIX] Change rsaauth and felogin to secure the change password form


Add a Javascript function to rsaauth and add needed PHP code to felogin
to secure the change password form of felogin.
