[TYPO3-core] Updated Commit-Msg hook for GIT!

Hi,

It looks like someone copy-pasted the hook from skype as the (c) in the 
copyright notice is replaced with (coffee).

I haven't checked the rest of the file, but this substitution might have 
affected other parts of the file as well.
