Hi Steffen,

I suggest to put it to https://typo3.org/fileadmin/... then.

1. Several (trusted) people can upload the changed hook
2. We can rely on SSL

be sure that it's safe.
Additionally, can you please update the Wiki page accordingly?

One more question: Do we need more hooks for other projects? As it
seems the Flow commit hook is either outdated or could save another
patch, too...
