[TYPO3-core] Review system woes

Hello Francois,

congratulations -> that's what we need!!!

People with visions and a masterplan, that's what i'm missing!
Every single project i know has a roadmap of what is planned, but i can
hardly find one on TYPO3.org (except that we want to release sth on
specific dates!).

SO a big +1 from me too!
