[TYPO3-core] TYPO3 CMS fork on github, project name "Catharsis"

Hey,

yesterday I already wrote a mail to Benni with the following proposal:

- get all 6.1 code cleanups reviewed and pushed
- branch/sandbox at this point for the TCA change (and other speed 
improvements)
- benchmarking that branch
- rebasing that branch daily with master
- get all things done for 6.1

I don't think that this will help to get TYPO3 faster forward. Also the 
t3board starts where many people can talk about the yet existing state.

Beside of that, it would be better you had forked it from 
https://github.com/TYPO3/TYPO3v4-Core/ so you have a better connection 
between the two TYPO3 Systems.
