[TYPO3-core] Review system woes

I think we can add that scenario a the wiki, because I think that it would 
be enough to squash a pull request into on or more patches that can then be 
pushed to http://review.typo3.org/

Maybe I find some time at the weekend to finish that.

On a more technical basis, maybe we can automatically send mails for pull 
request with a nice text. That should be possible with a github hook.
