[TYPO3-core] Requirement checks in TYPO3 6.0 / Installtool

Hello Philipp,

with extensions in 1 and 2 i mean't php extensions, sry for confusion.
But you're absolutly right, that the install tool has to check for
mandatory TYPO3 extensions at the end!
