[TYPO3-core] Filemodule reference check

Hi,

Currently the filemodule uses 2 methods to check if a file is referenced
somewhere.

For the reference count in the file listing it queries sys_ref.
For the reference check when deleting a file first sys_ref is checked and
when references are found sys_file_reference is queried and only these
results are shown to the user. So when sys_ref is out of sync you get
strange behaviour.

My proposal is to cleanup the filemodule and only use sys_file_reference
for the reference checks.

What's your opinion about this?
