[TYPO3-core] New features and css_styled_content static templates?

Hi again,

While doing so I found out that the configuration for menu type 8 
(tt_content.menu.20.8) which was introduced in TYPO3 6.0 was not added 
to older static templates (i.e. 4.7 and lower). So I think it doesn't 
make sense to add the TS for my new menu type to versions of the 
css_styled_content static template other than the current one. What do 
you think? Or should we rather consider that it is a bug for menu type 8?
