[TYPO3-core] Rename configuration "im_version_5"?

Hi,

I was surprised to see we still have the setting called "im_version_5"
in the new LocalConfiguration.php-format although im5 is not supported
anymore :-)
Since we have a converter for the configuration anyhow, could we change
that to something more generic like "image_conversion" or the like? It
could still take the same values (im6, gm) imho. But the name of this
feels "so wrong" to me ...
